Information You Voluntarily Submit to the Website: We collect your name and email address when you voluntarily submit this information to the website either by leaving a comment or subscribing to the blog. • VaultPress – this service saves a backup of all the content that has been published on our website, including comments left on individual blog posts. BlogVault will store the name and/or email address that you entered if you left a comment on a blog post.
  • DreamHost – When you visit our website, you’ll be directed to one of DreamHost’s servers instead of the actual website’s servers. This allows our website to load faster and prevents downtime. DreamHost may capture any information you left in a comment on individual blog posts, information sent through contact forms, as well as your IP address.

At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time at the owners’ sole discretion.

Cookies are used by nearly all websites and do not harm your system. A “cookie” is a piece of information that is stored on your computer and which records how you move your way around a website so that, when you revisit that website, it can present tailored options based on the information stored about your last visit. Cookies can also be used to analyze traffic and for advertising and marketing purposes.

The website uses cookies to store visitors’ preferences, record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, ensure that visitors are not repeatedly sent the same banner ads, and customize website content based on visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends. Cookies may also be used by third-party services, such as Google Analytics, as described herein.

Users may, at any time, prevent the setting of cookies, by the website, by using a corresponding setting of their internet browser and may thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Furthermore, already set cookies may be deleted at any time via an Internet browser or other software programs. This is possible in all popular Internet browsers. However, if users deactivate the setting of cookies in their Internet browser, not all functions of our website may be entirely usable.

Display Ads
We may use third-party advertising companies to serve content and advertisements when you visit the website, which may use cookies. No personally identifiable information is shared with the website’s ad providers. The website is currently displaying ads through Google Adsense.

Retargeting Ads
From time to time, the Website may engage in remarketing efforts with third-party companies, such as Google, Facebook, or Instagram, in order to market the website. These companies use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the website.

Sponsored Content Tracking Pixels

This Website may engage in sponsored campaigns with various influencer networks, brands, and agencies. All sponsored content is duly disclosed in accordance with the FTC’s requirements. From time to time, these sponsored campaigns utilize tracking pixels (aka web beacons), which may contain cookies to collect data regarding usage and audience. This information is collected by the sponsoring company to track the results of the campaign. No personally identifiable information collected by the website is used in conjunction with these tracking pixels.

Affiliate Program Participation
The website may engage in affiliate marketing, which is done by embedding tracking links into the website. If you click on a link for an affiliate partnership, a cookie will be placed on your browser to track any sales for purposes of commissions.

Neatly Living is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, The Home Depot Impact Radius Program, and the RewardStyle Affiliate Program. An affiliate advertising program was designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and links to the brands associated with them.  As part of these affiliate programs, the website will post customized links, to track the referrals to their websites. This program utilizes cookies to track visits for the purpose of assigning commissions on these sales. The use of affiliate links does not result in any additional cost to buyers.

On the Website, you may subscribe to our newsletter, which may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. The pixel is embedded in emails and allows an analysis of the success of online marketing campaigns. Because of these tracking pixels, we may see if and when you open an email and which links within the email you click. Also, this allows the Website to adapt the content of future newsletters to the interests of the user. This behavior will not be passed on to third parties.

Sales, Production Times, Shipping & Returns

Build Plans

All build plan purchases are considered FINAL. It is your responsibility to read the provided build plan details and review your build plan order, prior to completing your purchase.

Production and Shipping Times:

Lead time and shipping vary depending on the item(s) purchased. Detailed information will be provided in each specific product description.

All made-to-order products (decorative wooden pieces, etc.) require 3-7 business days for production. Once ready, they are shipped from The United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. They usually arrive within 5-7 business days of shipping within the US and Canada

Unfortunately, we cannot speed up shipping times, so please be mindful of this when ordering! Part of our ability to bring these products to you at great prices is the fact that shipping just takes a little longer (since we are direct-to-consumer, no warehouse!).

Product Variation

Each woodworking piece purchased from Neatly Living Store is a custom build. As a result, please expect some slight variations in the wood and staining.
