Sales, Production Times, Shipping & Returns
Build Plans
All build plan purchases are considered FINAL. It is your responsibility to read the provided build plan details and review your build plan order, prior to completing your purchase.
Production and Shipping Times:
Lead time and shipping vary depending on the item(s) purchased. Detailed information will be provided in each specific product description.
All made-to-order products (decorative wooden pieces, etc.) require 3-7 business days for production. Once ready, they are shipped from The United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. They usually arrive within 5-7 business days of shipping within the US and Canada
Unfortunately, we cannot speed up shipping times, so please be mindful of this when ordering! Part of our ability to bring these products to you at great prices is the fact that shipping just takes a little longer (since we are direct-to-consumer, no warehouse!).
Product Variation
Each woodworking piece purchased from Neatly Living Store is a custom build. As a result, please expect some slight variations in the wood and staining.
